Jonathan Houle
Jonathan is an entrepreneur first and foremost and now a key partner in the Manager Labs venture. Jonathan has been acting as a consultant to the commercial property management industry in the capacity of energy, renewables and deregulation, as well as software and technology. Jonathan is the a jack-of-all-trades, master of jack! What allows him to operate in so many fields is his background and specialization in communication and network utilization, and his natural ability to connect your business and/or idea with vendors or the other way around depending on his client.
Jonathan is a psychologist by education therefore, instead of mapping people’s minds he now maps their business strategies and goals onto networks. Jonathan can augment whatever it is that client needs by providing all clients with resources that would not otherwise have and eventually the client cannot live without. Your probably wondering what all this has to do with the property management industry; well Manager Labs is an outcome of bringing specialties together based on what really matters and what is really going to make a difference in the commercial property management industry.

Linda….great work…industry needs more like you. The key to all of this is getting real estate decision makers to travel and see what buildings/projects/cities around the world are starting to look like. Although we have led the world in development and property business systems and best practices, the degree of innovation coming from around the globe is extraordinary. Look forward to seeing you at Realcomm 09 in Chicago…Jim
