NEW beta v. 609 – Energy Management Lab is the process whereby the property utility data is effortlessly populated into a data format that can transform it into visual tools the PM / FM and building engineers can use to analyze their utitlity bills as it happens. This Lab will be designed to provide an easy to use interface that will enable them to monitor and determine accuracy and trending in their utility cost and consumption habits and patterns. Regardless of this technology it is of the utmost importance that all PM / FM professionals monitor their utilities with constant scrutiny and challenge to reduce consumption and therefore lower operating expenses in all ways possible. This Lab is about time saving and elimination of wasted mundane data entry.
