NEW beta v. 709 – Virtual PM/FM Lab is the process whereby the contact with customers is virtual in every way, but provides even better service than the traditional on-site service. In other words, this technology enables a PM or FM to work from anywhere and still provide the human interface that customers desire. Mobile everything – telephone, information, response, data entry, etc. A property manager can be truly mobile and visit the various facilities and sites without feeling like they are neglecting their customers. If a customer calls them, they can respond with a human being. The human being can be a central location which answers calls and routes calls to the various PM or FM and all connectivity to information, forms, data entry, etc. can be done from anywhere. Communication can be virtual and as real as if onsite. Using video, phones, webcams or whatever technology already exists today to bring people closer, can be used to interface with our customers. 

This Lab will be designed to provide an easy to use interface that will enable the site customers or site staff easy access to the PM or FM and feel they are getting personal service.  Today’s PM/FM is under constant pressure to do everything; visit sites, prepare reports, meet vendors, meet customers, pay bills, collect income, interface with community leaders and a myriad of other tasks that require them to be mobile. Today’s PM or FM firm does everything counter to this need, which is requiring signed reports, hand delivered paper, envelope stuffing, memorandum delivery, etc. That must change as today’s PM or FM needs to be flexible, mobile and responsive all in one package.  This Lab is about saving valuable time in one area to increase customer service in another area.  This lab is about elimination of the mundane such as filing, signing, handling paper, etc.
