Quite frankly, we believe it will be a solution for all levels of our industry: Property Manager, Leasing Agents, Maintenance Engineers, Security Directors, Housekeeping Supervisors; the list goes on and on. Whether you are an industry, group, community, or organization today, there is no excuse for not including polls and surveys into your customer service process and/or as a part of your marketing and promotion activities.
In the PM/FM industry, tenant, unit owner, occupant, resident, or lessee represent the term for “customer.” Our building owner should be called our “customer” or “client.” As an industry we need to start to put those terms to use in a big way. We need to utilize the terms that depict the relationship in a more open and logical way. All we serve are customers or clients or guests. Using a tool like trendycharts.com is the beginning to opening our minds to this thinking and giving up any past traditions or notions.
