You’ve gotta…
- Be a generalist with technology but a specialist with building world class web applications.
- 4+ years building online app w/ both front-end and back-end web development (Php, MySQL, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript experience are required, additional languages are preferred )
- Communication skills (as in, you like to talk to customers and co-workers in plain English — you will be expected to get on the phone with users!)
- Be highly adaptable to technical challenges and thrive in an adaptive environment.
- Be disciplined and get stuff done – A perfectionist mindset, Attention to the tiniest of details
We’d love to see experience with:
- Google Web Toolkit
- Large web application system architecture
- Social web application design
- Web APIs (REST, Facebook, Twitter, OpenSocial)
- J2EE

You guys just spoil me too much. How nice of you!! Let me know when your video is ready as I am happy to post it and spread the word in all ways possible. I am sooooooooooo excited to see it. What is so awesome about your video is that I am going to use it for one of my personal passions, which is rooftop gardening. I think so many folks who go to the green roofs need to use an elevator to get there. They must use safety and common sense when loading those cars with soil and other roof materials and to be so very careful. I am going to add a page just for “Rooftop Safety” and your video will be there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me know as soon as it is ready. I will also post it here on Manager Labs as a Video as well. I just think the rooftop thing is so important and relevant.

P.S. You can promote any buildings you know of any all PM/FM you know to list their projects at http://www.rooftopgarden.com/database. I have started the Rooftop Garden World database to help PM/FM folks and the supporting teams network with others all over the world about green roofs, green walls and rooftop gardening. I need the green roof ecosystem to know to list their project at my site. That would be HUGE help to me in making the database a great resource for the industry!!!! Thanks for your support.
